Dear Organic Food,I do not know if you are worth the trouble. Are you really that much better for me?
From what i've read it seems like you are better for the environment as compared to conventional farming, especially considering you don't use any pesticides.
I've also heard you tend to taste better, are more nutritious, and contain more anti-oxidants than normal produce.
You have become more readily available to the average consumer in the last while, or so I hear.
These things I have heard or read, the only thing that I do know for sure is that you are more expensive than normal food.
So, the cheap side of me ponders this question: Are you really worth the trouble?

Organic is obviously better for you, not having pesticides and all that, but we should be striving to eat locally produced organic food, thus saving the transportation cost and increasing the amount of money going into our local economy.
